Return & Refund Policy — HIDAÉ

At HIDAÉ, every order is carefully packed before dispatch. As perfumes are consumable fragrance products, we maintain a strict no-return policy.

No Returns

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, all purchases made on HIDAÉ are non-returnable.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal fragrance preference, or opened/used products.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

A replacement or refund will only be considered in the following cases:

  • The product was delivered damaged
  • The product was lost in transit
  • You received the wrong product

Proof Required

To request a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages) and provide clear proof, including:

  • Unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened
  • Clear photos of the outer package, shipping label, and product condition
  • Order number and contact details

Claims submitted without sufficient proof may not be accepted.

Used or Opened Products

We do not offer refunds or replacements for products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or partially consumed.

Review Process

Once we receive your request and supporting proof, our team will review it. If approved, we may offer either:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A refund to the original payment method

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Responsibility

HIDAÉ is not responsible for failed deliveries or delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
