Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Across India

We currently ship across India.

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

• Metro cities: 2–5 business days
• Other cities and towns: 3–7 business days
• Remote locations: 5–9 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or high order volumes.

Order Tracking

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for selected locations.

HIDAÉ reserves the right to limit or disable COD for certain pin codes, high-value orders, or repeated failed delivery attempts.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are entered correctly at checkout.

HIDAÉ is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If the package remains undelivered after the courier’s attempts, it may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) so we can assist you.
